UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING
THE ONLY SPRINKLER FITTING YOU WILL EVER NEED
THE UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING HAS 4 DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY USING OUR PATENTED THREADED CONNECTOR FOR 1/2" AND 3/4" SPRINKLER HEADS.
THE UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING UTILIZES MULTIPLE SIZED SPIRAL BARBS, ALLOWING FOR 1/2"(DRIP LINE) AND 3/8"(SWING) PIPE TO BE USED. SPIRAL BARBS MAKE INSTALLATION EASIER BY BEING ABLE TO SCREW THE FITTING ON AND OFF, ALLOWING THE FITTINGS TO BE RESUSED WITHOUT HAVING TO CUT THE PIPE.
THE UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING HAS 3/4" THREADS SO IT CAN BE USED WITH A ROTOR SPRINKLER WITH A 3/4" INLET. THE 1/2" THREADS FIT FLUSH TO THE TOP OF THE 3/4" THREADED INLET WITHOUT INTEREFERING WITH THE ROTAR OR CHECK VALVE.
THE UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING HAS 1/2" THREADS SO IT CAN BE USED WITH A POP UP SPRINKLER WITH A 1/2" INLET. THE 1/2" PORTION USES THE SAME NUMBER OF THREADS AS FITTINGS CURRENTLY ON THE MARKET. THE 1/2" THREADS DO NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED WHEN BEING USED WITH A 3/4" SPRINKLER HEAD.
THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN UTILIZES THE 1/2" THREADS FOR A SPRINKLER WITH A 1/2" INLET. ALSO SHOWN IS THE USE OF 1/2"(DRIP LINE) PIPE USING THE SECOND SET OF SPIRAL BARBS.
THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN UTILIZES THE 1/2" THREADS FOR A SPRINKLER WITH A 1/2" INLET. ALSO SHOWN IS THE USE OF 3/8"(SWING) PIPE USING THE FIRST SET OF SPIRAL BARBS
THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN UTILIZES THE 3/4" THREADS FOR A SPRINKLER WITH A 3/4" INLET. AS YOU CAN SEE THE 1/2" THREADS FIT INSIDE THE SPRINKLER ALLOWING FOR THE 3/4" THREADS TO BE USED. ALSO SHOWN IS THE USE OF 1/2"(DRIP LINE) PIPE USING THE SECOND SET OF SPIRAL BARBS.
THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN UTILIZES THE 3/4" THREADS FOR A SPRINKLER WITH A 3/4" INLET. AS YOU CAN SEE THE 1/2" THREADS FIT INSIDE THE SPRINKLER ALLOWING FOR THE 3/4" THREADS TO BE USED. ALSO SHOWN IS THE USE OF 3/8" (SWING) PIPE USING THE FIRST SET OF SPIRAL BARBS.
UTILIZE A SECOND FITTING TO PROVIDE EXTRA LEVERAGE DURING INSTALLATION. THE UNIVERSAL SPRINKLER FITTING ALSO PROVIDES FLAT AREAS ON BOTH SIDES FOR EASIER GRIP WITH A WRENCH.
